Project Puppet is the name we use for what we understand to be an integrated system of remote neurological surveillance, psychological manipulation, behavioral conditioning, and technological control of human consciousness.
It is not simply one weapon.
It is not simply surveillance.
It is not simply Voice-to-Skull, Remote Neural Monitoring, directed energy, artificial intelligence, or psychological warfare.
Project Puppet is the system created when these capabilities are brought together.
Within our framework, it represents the technological evolution of the same objective pursued by earlier programs such as MKUltra: understand the human mind deeply enough to monitor it, influence it, break it down, condition it, and ultimately control human behavior.
The difference is the technology.
Where earlier programs relied heavily on drugs, hypnosis, isolation, sensory deprivation, electroshock, trauma, and physical access to human subjects, Project Puppet represents the transition to a remote, automated, data-driven model of control.
The laboratory has disappeared.
