I am a writer, researcher, programmer, designer, developer, and founder of TARGETED.ARMY. I document Project Puppet, preserve testimony and public records, expose systems that threaten human rights and cognitive liberty, and build visual archives, technology, and community resources so people can research, resist, and be heard.
