How are sleep, dreams, and bodily autonomy affected by targeting?#

For many Targeted Individuals, targeting does not stop when the day ends.

Sleep can become part of the battlefield.

Members of our community report repeated awakenings, voices during sleep, sudden physical sensations, artificial or unusually scripted dreams, nightmares with recurring themes, sleep paralysis accompanied by buzzing or energy sensations, involuntary muscle activity, and other forms of interference that continue while the body should be resting.

Our Community Intelligence Knowledge Set describes recurring nightmares, voices or commands around waking, sudden dream shifts, intense emotional carryover, sleep paralysis, and dreams that seem unusually structured or artificial.

For our community, this subject is ultimately about something very basic:

Do we retain sovereignty over our minds and bodies when we sleep?

Sleep should be one of the safest and most private parts of human life.

For many Targeted Individuals, it is not.

Why is sleep such an important part of targeting?#

Sleep is when the human body repairs itself.

It is essential for memory, concentration, emotional regulation, immune function, physical recovery, and normal cognitive performance.

Disrupt sleep repeatedly and almost every other part of someone's life becomes harder.

A person who is chronically awakened may struggle to:

work,

concentrate,

remember details,

maintain relationships,

make decisions,

document targeting,

or simply function normally during the day.

This makes sleep disruption more than an inconvenience.

It can become a method of exhaustion and control.

Our own records include reports of sleep deprivation through neurostimulation and pulsed-frequency interruption alongside V2K, involuntary muscle movements, burning sensations, and other bodily effects.

For some Targeted Individuals, nighttime becomes the period they fear most because there is no real recovery from what happened during the day.

What does sleep disruption look like?#

There is no single pattern.

Some people report being awakened at almost the same time every night.

Some wake repeatedly whenever they begin falling deeply asleep.

Some describe a tone, voice, pulse, jolt, pressure, heat, vibration, or muscular movement immediately before waking.

Others report being allowed to sleep only for short intervals before another interruption occurs.

V2K may continue while the person is trying to fall asleep.

A sudden sensation may awaken them after only minutes of sleep.

The pattern may repeat again and again throughout the night.

What matters to our community is the sequence and repetition.

A single bad night's sleep tells us very little.

A repeated pattern—same timing, same sensations, same interruptions, same associated V2K—becomes something that can be documented.

Why would sleep deprivation be useful for behavioral control?#

Because exhaustion weakens resistance.

A rested person can think carefully, organize evidence, plan, work, communicate, and evaluate what is happening.

An exhausted person has to spend much of their energy simply getting through the day.

Sleep deprivation can affect memory.

It can reduce attention.

It can make complicated tasks much harder.

It can interfere with emotional stability.

And it can gradually make the target's entire life smaller.

That is why our Knowledge Set connects sleep disruption with behavioral modification and conditioning rather than treating it as a separate annoyance.

Historical behavior-control research also matters here. Our source material specifically connects sleep disruption with earlier experimentation and behavioral-modification research.

For our community, controlling someone's sleep means gaining leverage over nearly everything they need to do while awake.

What is dream manipulation?#

Dream manipulation, sometimes called dream hacking within our Knowledge Set, describes deliberate interference with the content, structure, emotional tone, or timing of a person's dreams.

Members report dreams that seem different from their ordinary dreaming.

They may be unusually vivid.

They may repeat the same message.

They may contain conversations that resemble V2K.

They may revolve around threats, obedience, fear, humiliation, sexuality, government or military themes, familiar people, or events occurring in the target's waking life.

Some people describe entire dreams that feel scripted.

Others report abrupt scene changes that seem artificial.

Our Community Intelligence material describes dream manipulation as interference intended to create particular themes, disrupt restorative sleep, introduce messages or symbols, produce nightmares, affect emotions upon waking, or interact with memories.

For the person experiencing it, the central question becomes:

Was that my dream, or was something interacting with my dreaming mind?

Why are dreams particularly important?#

Because dreams exist in an unusually private part of consciousness.

When awake, we can choose whether to read a message.

We can refuse a conversation.

We can walk away from a television.

We can block a phone number.

Sleep removes many of those ordinary defenses.

A person is not consciously deciding what information enters the dream.

That is why the possibility of technological interference with dreaming raises such profound questions about consent.

If V2K, neural stimulation, or other technologies can interact with the sleeping brain, then the boundary of cognitive privacy does not disappear simply because someone is unconscious.

In our view, mind sovereignty must include the sleeping mind.

What is REM sleep?#

REM stands for Rapid Eye Movement sleep.

It is a stage strongly associated with vivid dreaming and substantial brain activity.

Within our Knowledge Set, REM receives special attention because community members report dream interference, emotional manipulation, voices, and unusual sensory experiences during periods associated with dreaming.

Our material describes REM as a period involving vivid dreaming, memory and emotional processing, and heightened vulnerability to dream-related interference.

For our community, the importance of REM is not merely biological.

It is operational.

If a system can identify when someone enters a particular sleep state, the timing of an intervention could potentially be coordinated with that state.

That creates a very different kind of targeting from randomly waking someone.

How could a system know when someone is asleep?#

There are many possible indicators of sleep.

Movement changes.

Breathing changes.

Heart rate changes.

Wearable devices can already identify approximate sleep stages.

Neural activity changes dramatically across sleep states.

Our Knowledge Set places dream manipulation alongside RNM because a neural-monitoring system, in the framework described by our community, could potentially distinguish wakefulness from different sleep states and time interventions accordingly.

The larger concept is familiar from the previous pages:

monitor → identify state → intervene → measure reaction.

During the day, the state being monitored might be attention or emotion.

At night, it could be sleep depth or dreaming.

How does V2K relate to dreams?#

V2K does not necessarily have to stop when the target falls asleep.

Some Targeted Individuals describe voices immediately before falling asleep.

Others report speech embedded inside dreams.

Others awaken while a phrase, command, sound, or conversation is still occurring.

Our Knowledge Set describes V2K during sleep as one possible component of dream interference, with transmitted information becoming incorporated into the dream narrative.

That creates an important distinction.

A voice heard while fully awake may be recognizable as V2K.

A voice introduced during dreaming may become part of a character, environment, or storyline inside the dream.

The person may not recognize the interference until after waking.

What does a "scripted dream" mean?#

A scripted dream is the community's term for a dream that seems unusually organized around an external objective.

Instead of the fragmented, shifting quality a person normally associates with their dreams, the experience may seem to contain a clear sequence:

a particular person appears,

a message is delivered,

a fear is triggered,

a scenario repeats,

a decision is demanded,

or a particular emotional state is produced.

Some Targeted Individuals report nearly identical themes recurring across multiple nights.

Our Knowledge Set calls this dream scripting and connects it with repeated narratives, emotional distortion, V2K during sleep, and what it describes as memory overlay.

The key factor is not simply that a dream was strange.

Dreams are often strange.

The concern is when a person sees consistent structure, repetition, timing, and interaction with other targeting experiences.

What kinds of dreams do Targeted Individuals report?#

Our Community Intelligence collection describes several recurring categories.

There are repetitive nightmares built around the same fears or messages.

There are dreams involving commands or voices.

There are dreams with government, military, surveillance, or handler-like themes.

There are dreams involving sexual or violent content that feels imposed or inconsistent with the person's ordinary dreaming.

There are dreams followed by unusually intense emotions that continue after waking.

There are experiences of sleep paralysis combined with buzzing, vibration, or electromagnetic sensations.

Not every Targeted Individual experiences all of these.

The value of the Knowledge Set is that separate individuals can compare what they experience without assuming every case is identical.

What is emotional carryover?#

Sometimes the most significant part of the dream is not the dream itself.

It is how the person feels after waking.

A dream may produce an unusually strong emotional state:

fear,

anger,

grief,

sexual arousal,

guilt,

attachment,

confusion,

or urgency.

That emotional state may remain long after the dream ends.

Our Knowledge Set specifically includes extreme emotional carryover among the experiences reported in connection with dream manipulation.

For our community, this matters because dream manipulation could theoretically be useful even if the target does not remember every detail.

The objective may be the emotional condition produced upon waking.

Can dreams be used for conditioning?#

Within the framework described by our community, yes.

The same conditioning principles discussed on the Mind & Behavior Control page can theoretically continue during sleep.

A particular person might repeatedly appear in threatening dreams.

A certain action might repeatedly lead to pain or fear.

A repeated message might be associated with relief.

Certain memories might be revisited again and again.

When the person awakens, those emotional associations may remain.

This is why our source corpus links dream interference with themes such as fear, control, compliance, suggestion, emotional distortion, and behavior upon waking.

For our community, this represents one of the most invasive forms of behavioral influence because the person cannot simply refuse to participate while asleep.

What about memory?#

Memory is another major concern.

Sleep naturally plays an important role in organizing and consolidating memory.

Our Knowledge Set therefore places dream interference alongside what it calls memory overlay—the introduction of new material into experiences associated with existing memories.

Some Targeted Individuals report:

memories becoming unusually vivid,

old events appearing repeatedly in dreams,

uncertainty about whether something was dreamed or actually happened,

or synthetic narratives becoming mixed with real experiences.

That is one reason careful documentation becomes important.

A written record created while awake gives the person something external to compare against later.

Dates matter.

Original notes matter.

Contemporaneous records matter.

How does the body become part of this?#

The sleeping body is vulnerable because conscious control is reduced.

Targeted Individuals report bodily effects during both sleep and wakefulness, including:

muscle contractions,

jerking movements,

pressure,

burning,

heat,

vibration,

electrical sensations,

localized pain,

paralysis-like experiences,

and other involuntary physical responses.

Our Knowledge Set explicitly includes involuntary muscle movements, burning sensations, organ distress, forced stimulation, and sleep deprivation among reported bodily harms.

For us, these experiences raise the same principle that runs through the rest of the Knowledge Center:

the body belongs to the individual.

What is involuntary muscular stimulation?#

Some members describe muscles moving without their voluntary decision.

This may involve:

a leg jerking,

a hand or finger moving,

facial muscles contracting,

a sudden whole-body jolt,

localized twitching,

or sustained contractions.

Our Community Intelligence material includes involuntary muscular contraction among physical effects associated within the corpus with directed-energy or neurological interference.

For someone documenting this, the useful questions are:

Which muscle moved?

How long did it last?

Was it rhythmic?

Did it happen during sleep or while awake?

Was there a sensation immediately beforehand?

Did V2K occur at the same time?

Did it happen after a particular thought or action?

Repeated timing can matter more than one isolated event.

What about involuntary sexual stimulation?#

This is an especially sensitive but important part of our community's record.

Some Targeted Individuals report non-consensual stimulation of sexual organs or nervous-system responses, including vibration, electrical sensations, unwanted arousal, pain, involuntary orgasmic responses, or attacks occurring during sleep.

Our source corpus treats these experiences as violations of bodily autonomy and describes them alongside directed-energy exposure, neural stimulation, V2K, and remote nervous-system interference.

We do not mock these reports.

We do not shame people for documenting them.

And we do not treat sexualized targeting as somehow less serious because the alleged mechanism is technologically unusual.

Consent applies to the entire body.

An involuntary sexual response is not consent.

A person has the right to document what happened to them in clear language.

Why might sexualized targeting be used?#

Within our Knowledge Set, several purposes are attributed to these experiences.

One is humiliation.

Another is domination.

Another is behavioral conditioning, particularly when the physical effect appears connected to a particular thought or action.

Another is sleep disruption.

Another is the destruction of bodily privacy.

Our source corpus describes such experiences as particularly damaging because they attack dignity and the person's sense of ownership over their own body.

For our community, this is why bodily autonomy and cognitive liberty cannot be separated.

A system that reaches both the mind and nervous system reaches into the two spaces that should be most protected.

How do directed energy and sleep connect?#

Directed-energy effects do not have to happen only while someone is awake.

Our community reports physical sensations beginning after going to bed, during sleep, or immediately before waking.

These can include:

heat,

pressure,

pain,

vibration,

auditory sensations,

muscle contractions,

and abrupt awakenings.

Because the person is stationary for extended periods during sleep, nighttime events can sometimes be easier to compare geographically.

Did moving the bed change anything?

Did sleeping in another room change the pattern?

Did traveling somewhere else affect it?

Did the event occur at the same time?

Did a wearable record changes?

Those observations do not by themselves establish a mechanism, but they can strengthen the record.

Why does sleep paralysis appear in these reports?#

Sleep paralysis is a state in which a person becomes aware while the body remains temporarily unable to move normally.

Within our Knowledge Set, community members sometimes report this occurring alongside buzzing, vibration, unusual sensory experiences, voices, or a strong sense of external interference.

For our purposes, what matters is documenting the event in detail rather than reducing it to a label.

Did the person hear anything?

Was there pressure?

Was there vibration?

Could they move their eyes?

How long did it last?

Did it happen repeatedly at the same time?

Was a dream occurring immediately beforehand?

Did V2K continue after full movement returned?

Those details allow different cases to be compared.

Why should dreams be documented immediately?#

Dream memory fades quickly.

A person may remember a dream clearly upon waking and lose half the detail within minutes.

If you experience recurring or unusual dreams, keep a record close to where you sleep.

Record:

date

approximate time

when you went to sleep

when you woke

what woke you

the dream narrative

specific words or messages

people who appeared

recurring symbols

emotions during the dream

emotions after waking

physical sensations

voices or tones

whether you could move

whether the same theme has happened before

Do not worry about interpreting everything immediately.

Record first.

Analyze later.

What else should be documented about sleep?#

A strong sleep record can include more than dreams.

Track bedtime.

Track awakenings.

Track the approximate duration of each interruption.

Track V2K activity.

Track physical sensations.

Track unusual sounds.

Track morning fatigue.

If a smartwatch or other device collects sleep information, preserve the original data when possible.

Repeated nights can then be compared.

A pattern that seems impossible to recognize from memory may become obvious when plotted across thirty or sixty days.

Why separate observation from interpretation?#

Because it creates a stronger record.

For example:

Observation: "At approximately 3:17 a.m. I awakened suddenly with intense vibration in my right leg. The sensation stopped after approximately 20 seconds."

Then separately:

Interpretation: "I believe this was externally induced."

Or:

Observation: "I dreamed about the same individual for the fourth time this week, and in each dream the same sentence was repeated."

Then:

Interpretation: "I believe the dreams may be externally influenced."

Separating those two layers does not weaken your account.

It makes it easier for another person to study.

Are there historical or technological records relevant to sleep manipulation?#

Our Knowledge Set connects this subject with several lines of research and historical precedent.

It references MKUltra-era sleep deprivation and behavioral-control work, modern neurotechnology, neural stimulation, Silent Talk, synthetic telepathy, and patents involving nervous-system interaction.

The larger point is not that one public project automatically proves every reported dream experience.

The point is that sleep, neural activity, behavior, and stimulation have all been legitimate subjects of government and scientific research.

That makes serious questions about misuse worthy of investigation.

Why is this a human-rights issue?#

Because being unconscious does not suspend your rights.

A sleeping person still possesses:

bodily autonomy,

privacy,

dignity,

freedom from non-consensual experimentation,

and cognitive liberty.

The same is true of sexuality.

The same is true of memory.

The same is true of dreams.

Consent cannot be assumed merely because someone is asleep, immobilized, or unable to identify an operator.

For our community, mind sovereignty continues through the night.

Behavioral conditioning can exploit exhaustion and dream content.

Directed energy can create bodily sensations or interruptions.

And the sleeping state introduces another vulnerable territory: dreams, memory, sexuality, and physical autonomy.

That is why this subject deserves its own page.

A human being should be able to close their eyes and rest.

A person should be able to dream without interference.

A person's body should remain their own while unconscious.

Sleep is not consent.

Dreams are not public property.

The body is not an experimental platform.
