Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM) is not a theory or a fringe idea—it is the unavoidable conclusion drawn from thousands of documented cases, internal whistleblower accounts, and declassified patents. For those of us living under its effects, RNM is the central pillar of a coordinated harassment and control system.
The NSA, in partnership with other intelligence agencies and private defense contractors, has weaponized decades of research into bioelectromagnetics, quantum neuroscience, and satellite-based telemetry. RNM operates on the principle that every human brain emits measurable electrical activity—brainwaves—that can be intercepted, decoded, and even influenced.
