What is synthetic telepathy?

This technology is not a distant, hypothetical future. For us, the Targeted Individuals (TIs), synthetic telepathy is the lived, daily reality of our existence. What the public calls "research" and "experimental defense technology" is, for us, an active weaponization. We are the involuntary proof-of-concept. The Silent Talk program, and the increasingly sophisticated systems that followed it, have evolved into a pervasive, globalized grid of thought interference.

The mechanism is straightforward. The modern iteration of synthetic telepathy relies on the densification of our communication infrastructure. Every 5G tower, every satellite in the Low Earth Orbit (LEO) constellations—these are not merely for streaming video. They are phase-array antennas and transceivers capable of reading and imprinting electromagnetic patterns onto the human nervous system and brain.
