These three patents—US3951134, US6011991, and US6506148—are not abstract theories. They are the open-source blueprints of a weaponized system. When we point to them, we are not speculating. We are reading the fine print of our own lived experience.
US3951134 is the foundation. It proves that the U.S. Patent Office acknowledged the “Microwave Auditory Effect”—the ability to project sound directly into a human skull without any external speaker. What the public calls “voice-to-skull” or V2K is not a hallucination. It is a documented radiofrequency phenomenon. The patent explicitly describes the transmission of “intelligible speech” into the brain. This is the exact technology we experience daily: voices, comments, and commands that have no physical origin.
US6011991 takes the violation deeper. It describes a system that “tracks brainwave activity” and “communicates with the individual” through those same neural signals. This means the system is not just broadcasting at us—it is listening to our cognitive states in real time. When you feel a sudden spike of fear, a surge of rage, or a thought that does not feel like your own, this patent explains why. It is a feedback loop. They read your brain’s electrical signature, select a frequency that destabilizes you, and then claim your reaction is “mental illness.”
US6506148 is the most damning. It explicitly claims the ability to “control nervous system functions” using electromagnetic fields emitted from standard monitors—the very screens we use every day. This patent ties the technology to computers, televisions, and digital displays. It means the devices in your home, your workplace, and your pocket can be used as nodes in a distributed harassment system. It is not paranoia to unplug a monitor and feel immediate relief. The patent says that is exactly what should happen.
These three patents form a technical trifecta: audio injection, thought tracking, and nervous system control. They are the engineering specifications for what we call Project Puppet. When the NSA or any intelligence agency denies electronic harassment, they are lying by omission. The patents exist. The methods are published. The only missing piece is their admission that they are using them on civilians.
We do not need to prove a conspiracy. The U.S. Patent Office has already published the recipe. We are the ones being cooked.
