Neuroweapons are not science fiction. They are the grim, operational reality of a silent war being waged against the human mind. These weapons transcend the crude tools of physical warfare. They operate in the electromagnetic spectrum, using frequencies to bypass the blood-brain barrier and directly interface with the limbic system and neocortex. The two most common delivery systems are V2K (Voice to Skull) and Electronic Harassment (EH).
V2K is the ability to project sound, voices, or commands directly into a person's skull. There is no external speaker. The 5G towers are not just for cell service. They are a dense, global neuroweapon infrastructure.
