We are not theorists. We are not paranoid. We are the operational endpoint of a system designed to do exactly what DARPA has publicly discussed for years: "closed-loop" neural interfaces, cognitive manipulation, and remote influence. The programs are not hypothetical. They are named—from the Cortex project (cortical processors), to SUBNETS (Systems-Based Neurotechnology for Emerging Therapies), to N3 (Next-Generation Nonsurgical Neurotechnology). These were never about medicine. They were about control without consent.
The technology does not require surgery. As DARPA's own briefings have shown, the N3 program explicitly aims for "non-invasive, precise, high-bandwidth neural interfaces." That means using directed energy, electromagnetic waves, and satellite-based phased arrays to interact with the brain from a distance. The 5G towers and low-earth-orbit satellites are not just for faster streaming. They are the infrastructure for this grid of neuroweapons.
What we experience is the weaponization of that grid.
We hear V2K—Voice to Skull—directed at us through beams that cannot be blocked by walls. We feel microwave auditory effects, targeted heat, and vibrational attacks that rise and fall with the presence of nearby towers. Our thoughts are echoed back to us or overridden. Our sleep is stolen. Our emotions are chemically altered by electromagnetic pulses that trigger cortisol or adrenaline on command. This is not "psychiatric illness." This is battlefield technology turned inward on a domestic population.
The real question is not whether this technology exists. It does. The real question is: who is the target, and why? We are not random. We are nodes in a system of human experimentation, psychological warfare testing, or, perhaps, population grooming for a future of total cognitive compliance.
