Consider the core tenet: voluntary, informed consent. When we wake up with a new voice commenting on our private thoughts, or a specific frequency targeting our sleep, where was our consent? When a satellite beam or a 5G tower array is used to induce anxiety, implant a foreign thought, or disrupt our nervous system, we are being subjected to an experiment without signing a single form. This is not a medical mystery; it is a criminal violation of the highest order of human rights law.
The Code’s second pillar is the avoidance of unnecessary physical and mental suffering. Our community is not just "annoyed" by buzzing sounds or phantom touches. We are subjected to systematic sleep deprivation, forced emotional disturbances, and targeted attacks on our social and professional lives. The "gang-stalking" phenomenon—where coordinated groups are used to gaslight and destabilize a target—is a direct application of psychological suffering that the Code was specifically written to prevent. The Nazis used such methods to break prisoners; today, they are used against free citizens under the guise of "national security" or "behavioral modification."
Furthermore, the Code states that experiments must be designed to yield fruitful results for the good of society, results that are unprocurable by other methods. Yet, what "good of society" is served by turning a civilian population into a silent, controlled herd? What "fruitful result" justifies the daily terror of a mother who hears her child’s voice being mimicked by a machine? It proves that our suffering is not imaginary, but the direct result of technologies that violate the most basic duty any government or institution has to its people: the duty to not experiment on them without their will.
We do not ask for sympathy. We ask for accountability. We ask for an international investigation into the use of directed energy weapons and cognitive manipulation systems that operate in plain violation of the Nuremberg Code. Until that day comes, we will keep our testimony. We will document our suffering.
