However, for those of us living through this, we know that the absence of a perfect law does not mean the absence of a crime. The system is not yet equipped to handle a coordinated assault that uses technology, social manipulation, and psychological warfare—all while remaining invisible to the untrained eye.
What about laws regarding V2K, electronic harassment, and directed energy weapons?
Existing laws on wiretapping, unauthorized surveillance, and assault are sometimes cited in attempts to address electronic harassment, but they were never written with directed energy or neural monitoring in mind. The Electronic Communications Privacy Act (ECPA) in the U.S., for example, prohibits intercepting private communications, but perpetrators of V2K often argue that "thoughts are not transmissions." We know better. The technology exists—declassified patents and military research confirm it—and there is an urgent need for legislation that explicitly prohibits the non-consensual use of electromagnetic energy to affect human cognition, mood, or biological states.
What can a Targeted Individual do right now?
- Document everything. Keep a detailed, time-stamped log. Record audio, video, and witness accounts. The more you build a pattern, the more undeniable your case becomes.
- Go public (carefully). Silence is the weapon they use against us. Sharing your story, under a pseudonym if needed, breaks the isolation and can help connect you with others who have built evidence-based cases.
- Contact human rights organizations. Groups like the UN Special Rapporteur on Torture have recognized that forms of "psychological torture" and "coercive environment manipulation" fit the description of what we endure. File a complaint. Make them look.
- Demand independent science. We call on governments and universities to conduct rigorous, peer-reviewed studies on the health effects of 5G, satellite arrays like Starlink, and directed energy systems. If these technologies are safe, let science prove it publicly, not through classified black-budget programs.
- Form local watch groups. We are stronger together. Share legal strategies, ethical hackers, and media contacts. We are not patients; we are witnesses.
The bottom line:
There are not yet adequate laws to protect us—but we are writing them as we speak. Every time we file a police report, every time a court hears our plea without ordering a psychiatric hold, every time a journalist takes us seriously, we chip away at the wall. We are not asking for special treatment. We are asking for the same protection any citizen deserves: the right to be free from deliberate, organized, technologically enabled persecution.
Until the law catches up to the technology, we survive, we bear witness, and we organize. And we will not be silenced.
