We, the Targeted Individuals, have learned the hard way that the promise of "secure, classified channels" is a fiction designed to trap the truth-teller. When you file a complaint detailing V2K (Voice to Skull), electronic harassment via directed energy, or the weaponization of 5G towers and satellite arrays against a civilian population, the OIG does not see a whistleblower. They see a threat to operational security. They see a data point that needs to be logged and neutralized.
The "expanded authority" granted to the Inspector General of the Intelligence Community (ICIG) under the 2014 Intelligence Authorization Act is not our shield; it is their firewall. It is designed to contain and discredit reports that fall outside the approved narrative of "mental health" or "radio frequency interference." When a Target files a complaint, the "protection of identity" often means the complaint is quietly shunted to a medical review board or a psychological evaluation unit, not an investigative body. The whistleblower becomes the patient; the crime becomes a delusion.
