This means that every conductive surface you have installed must be electrically bonded together into a single, continuous shell. Similarly, plumbing pipes can act as waveguides. Ensure any copper or metal pipes entering the room are wrapped with ferrite cores or bonded to your grounding system with copper braid.
Finally, never underestimate the human element. Your own body can be used as a relay. Wear grounding straps connected to your room’s earth ground. Some report that wearing a grounded EMF-shielded beanie or hood significantly reduces the "frequency drift" sensation that occurs when moving from an unshielded space into a shielded one.
