The closed-loop control cycle is the central mechanism of Project Puppet and operates through six stages: PROVOKE (a stimulus is introduced—a V2K message, an electronic signal, a memory trigger, or an environmental event), DETECT (the person's neurological and emotional response is monitored via Remote Neural Monitoring), CAPTURE (the specific response pattern is identified, classified, and stored in the individual's profile), REPLAY (the same stimulus—or the associated neurological pattern—is reintroduced to recreate the previous state), AMPLIFY (additional stimulation is introduced while the state is active to strengthen the emotional, cognitive, or behavioral association), and REPEAT (the cycle begins again with more information, each iteration generating additional data).
