Project Puppet operates through five major stages that work together as a continuous, adaptive system. MONITOR is the first stage—the system collects information about neurological activity, emotions, thoughts, behaviors, routines, and responses 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through Remote Neural Monitoring and other surveillance methods. ANALYZE is the second stage—the system identifies patterns in the collected data, determines which stimuli correspond with which reactions, and builds the Algorithmic Shadow (a predictive model of the individual).
INFLUENCE is the third stage—the system introduces V2K messages, psychological stimuli, electronic stimulation, environmental triggers, or other forms of intervention designed to produce specific responses. REINFORCE is the fourth stage—the system repeats successful stimuli or neurological patterns and strengthens associations between particular triggers and responses, making the conditioned responses more automatic.
MAINTAIN is the fifth stage—the system continues monitoring the resulting response and adjusts the system accordingly, keeping the target in a state of dependence, fear, and confusion. These stages do not operate in isolation—they feed into one another continuously, creating an adaptive system that becomes more effective over time.
