TARGETED.ARMY is a movement for victims and a Cognitive Freedom Coalition for the world. CFCR is the Coalition’s public congressional accountability and education campaign.

The record will show the public which offices support protection, which oppose it, which remain undecided, which state no position, and which do not respond.
