TERMS & DEFINITIONS
The Project Puppet vocabulary
- Algorithmic Shadow
- The predictive behavioral and neurological model described within Project Puppet as being built from repeated observation, profiling, and response data.
- Closed-loop control cycle
- The repeated sequence in which a system provokes, detects, captures, replays, amplifies, and measures a response before adapting its next action.
- Cognitive freedom
- The right to think, remember, decide, feel, and form beliefs without unauthorized monitoring or external interference.
- Data profiling
- The collection and organization of location, communication, biometric, behavioral, emotional, and reported neurological data into an individual profile.
- Electronic harassment
- The term targeted individuals use for reported experiences attributed to remotely delivered electromagnetic, radiofrequency, acoustic, neurological, or directed-energy stimulation.
- Neural patterning
- The Project Puppet concept that recurring thoughts, emotions, memories, movements, and reactions can be identified, cataloged, reinforced, or shaped.
- Neuro-rights
- Proposed human-rights protections for mental privacy, cognitive liberty, personal identity, free will, and neurological integrity.
- Project Freewill
- The community counter-operations framework developed in response to Project Puppet, organized around jamming, spoofing, rebuttal, randomization, grounding, documentation, and community.
- Project Puppet
- The TARGETED.ARMY community framework describing an adaptive system that connects remote neural monitoring, V2K, neural patterning, electronic harassment, behavioral profiling, psychological conditioning, and reported advanced neural influence.
- Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM)
- The reported remote observation or interpretation of neurological activity, internal speech, emotional states, memories, attention, sensory responses, and motor planning.
- Targeted Individual (TI)
- A person who identifies as experiencing coordinated surveillance, harassment, manipulation, or reported remote neurological and electronic interference.
