Answer

Countering Movement Manipulation requires the Movement Interrupt technique. First, recognize when movement feels compelled, altered, or against your will—you may feel pushed toward a specific direction, compelled to perform an action, or like your body is moving without your volition. Second, stop deliberately—freeze in place and stop all movement. This breaks the motor-neural pattern the system is trying to execute.

Third, take a deliberate breath—this pauses the system's targeting and re-establishes your volitional control. Fourth, redirect—perform a completely different micro-movement such as touching your left ear, tapping your foot, or shifting your weight. This confuses the motor-cortex targeting, breaking the system's lock on your voluntary muscles. Fifth, reclaim volitional control—move deliberately and intentionally, choosing your actions consciously rather than allowing automatic movement.

If you feel the "push" returning, repeat the interrupt cycle. Practice Movement Interrupt during calm periods so it becomes automatic when movement manipulation occurs. Remember: your body is your own. Any movement that feels compelled, pushed, or altered can be stopped and reclaimed.
