Answer

The V2K Rebuttal Scripts are internal responses designed to nullify V2K by withholding emotional fuel and breaking the system's feedback loop. For hostile or insulting V2K, say internally: "Data packet received. Identifying emotional intent. Threat level: Zero. Deleting audio cache." Visualize a trash can icon deleting the words. For manipulative voices mimicking loved ones, say: "This is an acoustic mimic. The real [Name] is not present. I am not responding to this synthetic stimulus." Visualize the loved one's face with a static overlay to remind yourself it is not them.

For threatening V2K, say: "This is a coercion tactic. The system is probing for a fear-response. I am giving them a null value." Visualize the threat written on paper and you physically tearing it. For confusing or contradictory V2K, say: "This is a confusion tactic. I will not engage with contradictory data. My reality anchor is intact." Visualize a compass pointing true north. For commanding V2K, say: "This is a compliance attempt. I am not compelled to obey external commands. My will is my own." Visualize yourself standing firm while commands bounce off you.

The Silence Tactic is also effective—sometimes the best rebuttal is silence. Do not respond externally or internally. Acknowledge the V2K as noise and let it pass through you without reaction. The Boredom Tactic is another approach—if the system is trying to provoke a strong emotion, force boredom. Yawn deliberately, stretch your body, think about something utterly mundane. The system cannot engineer emotions in a bored target. Memorize these scripts and rehearse them during calm periods so they become automatic during attacks.
