Answer

Reality & Perception Manipulation is the distortion of perception of reality, time, and environment. Within the Project Puppet framework, human beings understand reality through sensory information, memory, emotion, communication, and interpretation. If several of these channels are manipulated simultaneously, a person's perception of events can be altered without physically changing the surrounding environment. The system alters what you see, hear, or perceive (Sensory Manipulation), changes the context in which events occur (Context Manipulation), alters what you remember or how you remember it (Memory Manipulation), changes what others say to you or what you hear (Communication Manipulation), and alters your emotional state to change your interpretation (Emotional Manipulation).

Reality Manipulation results in Synthetic Context (creating a context that doesn't match reality), Gaslighting (making you doubt your perception of events), Temporal Manipulation (distorting your perception of time), Spatial Manipulation (distorting your perception of space and location), Social Manipulation (making you believe others are acting differently than they are), and Environmental Manipulation (making you perceive environmental conditions incorrectly). For example, V2K could provide one interpretation of an event while psychological manipulation reinforces another, sleep deprivation reduces concentration, and emotional patterning amplifies fear—carefully timed stimuli then reinforce a particular interpretation.

This produces synthetic context—manipulating enough informational and emotional inputs that the target's experience of a situation differs substantially from the underlying physical event. Targeted Individuals report feeling like reality is "slipping," experiencing time distortion, and questioning their own perceptions.
