Denmark Cognitive Sovereignty Outreach PreparedCognitive Sovereignty Initiative Provides Government Outreach and Protection Framework

Issued by the Cognitive Freedom Coalition, TARGETED.ARMY, and Maxis Richards.

TARGETED.ARMY and the Cognitive Freedom Coalition have prepared Denmark-specific outreach through the Cognitive Sovereignty Initiative, providing national government material concerning cognitive liberty, mental privacy, neural information, emerging neurotechnology, and national cognitive sovereignty.

The complete package includes a formal introduction for Danish officials, a model government notice, editable document copies, and government contact notes. The material can be independently reviewed, modified, and used through appropriate legal and diplomatic channels.

Evidence Before Conclusion

The initiative does not ask Denmark to accept a predetermined conclusion. It asks officials to investigate, prepare, and establish safeguards. The materials distinguish publicly documented technology, emerging capability, historical government acknowledgment, and allegations that require independent evaluation.

A Resource for Government and Press

TARGETED.ARMY offers research assistance, public records, technical context, and organized source material. With appropriate consent, we can also connect journalists and officials with people willing to provide statements, testimony, records, or investigative leads.

International Protection

The Denmark package is part of a broader campaign designed for 60 to 75 governments. Each package is prepared for the country's own institutions, privacy framework, national-security context, and diplomatic relationships.

β€œThe human mind should not become an unprotected domain simply because technology develops the ability to interact with it. Governments can establish protections now, before capability outruns the law.”

Maxis Richards, Founder of TARGETED.ARMY
