The outreach letter addresses the President and provides copies for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Education and Culture, the National Research and Innovation Agency, CERTuy, the data protection authority, the national human rights institution, and the Uruguayan embassy in the United States.
Model Government Material
The draft gives Uruguayan officials a structured starting point for examining cessation, sovereignty, privacy, mental autonomy, evidence preservation, investigation, consultation, and a formal government response.
