The outreach letter addresses the President and provides copies for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Science and ICT, the national cyber authorities, the Personal Information Protection Commission, the National Human Rights Commission, and the South Korean embassy in the United States.
Model Government Material
The draft gives South Korean officials a structured starting point for examining cessation, sovereignty, privacy, mental autonomy, evidence preservation, investigation, consultation, and a formal government response.
