The outreach letter addresses the Prime Minister and provides copies for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, the national cybersecurity authorities, the data protection authority, and the Polish embassy in the United States.

The draft gives Polish officials a structured starting point for examining cessation, sovereignty, privacy, mental autonomy, evidence preservation, investigation, consultation, and a formal government response.
