The outreach letter addresses the President and provides copies for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the National Secretariat of Science, Technology and Innovation, the National Authority for Government Innovation, CSIRT Panama, the transparency authority, the Ombudsperson, and the Panamanian embassy in the United States.
Model Government Material
The draft gives Panamanian officials a structured starting point for examining cessation, sovereignty, privacy, mental autonomy, evidence preservation, investigation, consultation, and a formal government response.
