Outreach
The outreach letter addresses the Prime Minister and provides copies for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Education and Science, CERT.LV, the Data State Inspectorate, the Ombudsman, and the Latvian embassy in the United States.
Model Government Material
The draft gives Latvian officials a structured starting point for examining cessation, sovereignty, privacy, mental autonomy, evidence preservation, investigation, consultation, and a formal government response.
