The outreach letter addresses the Prime Minister and provides copies for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, the National Center of Incident Readiness and Strategy for Cybersecurity, the Personal Information Protection Commission, and the Japanese embassy in the United States.
Model Government Material
The draft gives Japanese officials a structured starting point for examining cessation, sovereignty, privacy, mental autonomy, evidence preservation, investigation, consultation, and a formal government response.
