The outreach letter addresses the President and provides copies for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Worship, the Ministry of Science, Innovation, Technology and Telecommunications, CSIRT-CR, the data protection authority, the Ombudsperson, and the Costa Rican embassy in the United States.
Model Government Material
The draft gives Costa Rican officials a structured starting point for examining cessation, sovereignty, privacy, mental autonomy, evidence preservation, investigation, consultation, and a formal government response.
