The outreach letter addresses the President and provides copies for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation, the Ministry of Information and Communications Technologies, COLCERT, the data protection authority, the Ombudsperson, and the Colombian embassy in the United States.
Model Government Material
The draft gives Colombian officials a structured starting point for examining cessation, sovereignty, privacy, mental autonomy, evidence preservation, investigation, consultation, and a formal government response.
