The outreach letter addresses the Federal Chancellor and provides copies for the Federal Ministry for European and International Affairs, the Federal Ministry for Innovation, Mobility and Infrastructure, the Austrian Data Protection Authority, and the Austrian embassy in the United States.

The draft gives Austrian officials a structured starting point for examining cessation, sovereignty, privacy, mental autonomy, evidence preservation, investigation, consultation, and a formal government response.
