A Targeted Individual (TI) is a person who is non-consensually surveilled, harassed, and experimented on with psychological or electromagnetic weapons. These individuals are often subjected to covert harassment and electronic attacks that are designed to destabilize them without leaving physical proof. The weapons used—such as Voice-to-Skull (V2K) technology, directed energy devices, and coordinated gang-stalking—are real, widely documented within our community, and increasingly linked to the proliferation of 5G towers and satellite arrays.
