Document your internal state: any sudden emotional shifts, intrusive thoughts that feel externally generated, or sensations of pressure in your skull when near certain 5G towers or overhead satellites. Note the weather, the time of sunset, and the frequency of police or emergency vehicles in your area—these are often used as cover for coordinated harassment.
