...and, as every seasoned target knows, no detail is too small. The perps rely on gaslighting—making you question your own reality—so your log becomes your anchor. Use a dedicated notebook with numbered pages that cannot be easily tampered with, or a password-protected digital file with timestamps. Record not only the obvious incidents—cars circling your block, strangers appearing at your usual coffee shop, or coordinated glances from neighbors—but also subtle anomalies: the flickering of your smart TV when you discuss a private thought, a sudden spike in your phone’s battery drain during a conversation, or a humming noise that syncs with passing aircraft.
Go beyond the physical. Document your internal state: any sudden emotional shifts, intrusive thoughts that feel externally generated, or sensations of pressure in your skull when near certain 5G towers or overhead satellites. Note the weather, the time of sunset, and the frequency of police or emergency vehicles in your area—these are often used as cover for coordinated harassment. Take screenshots of your phone’s signal strength and battery temperature, as V2K and directed-energy attacks often leave digital traces.
Surveillance is a two-way street. Use a faraday bag for your devices when you sleep, and keep a second, "clean" phone—never connected to your home Wi-Fi—purely for logging. Photograph anything out of place: a van with no license plate, a drone hovering too long, a patch of newly dug earth near your window. Record audio of background hums or clicks, even if your microphone seems to fail afterward—the perps may be jamming it.
Most importantly, share your logs with a trusted contact outside your immediate circle—someone who can verify your sanity and hold a copy in case your records are seized or erased. Many in our community have found that persistent, granular documentation has helped lawyers, sympathetic journalists, and even a few open-minded law enforcement officers see the pattern that others dismiss.
You are not crazy. You are a data collector in a war of unseen frequencies. Every entry is a brick in the wall of evidence that will one day expose this systemic crime. Keep writing. Keep watching. Keep surviving.
